If we have to live with these symptoms on a daily basis I am sure that the continuous couching, weakness, headaches, retention of water and swelling will drive any sane person to look at alternative medicine in the form of herbs for blood pressure.

A major impact of our modern way of living and the factors forcing us to lead a sedentary lifestyle which is:

  • Characterized by or requiring much sitting, your profession forcing you into this lifestyle
  • Accustomed to sitting or to taking little exercise (Excessive TV)
  • Remaining or living in one area as there is an increase of people working from home
  • Attached to a surface and not moving freely.

Sedentary lifestyle:

Is a medical term used to denote a type of lifestyle with no or irregular physical activity. A person who lives a sedentary lifestyle may colloquially be known as a couch potato.

It is commonly found in both the developed and developing world. Sedentary activities include sitting, reading, watching television and computer use for much of the day with little or no vigorous physical exercise.

A sedentary lifestyle no doubt contributes too many preventable causes of death.
